We would like to be able to store documents on a networked drive.
It would seem to me that the tag database would also need to be stored in a shared location on the network drive.
Is there anyway to point the program to that shared tagged database?
Could the file be in use by two people at same time?

Yes, you are able to edit Registry to modify the database location. Please read Whatsnew.txt for the greater details.
But unfortunately, current version of TaggedFrog is not designed to support multi-user configuration. I recommend do not use it simultaneously, because it could leads to data corruption.

Would it be possible for you to modify program to allow the file to be locked when in use?
This way no two users could update at same time.
It is not just about locking. TaggedFrog keeps some part of information in memory and I it should be synchronized between the users. I will keep it in my mind, but it could not be done as a quick fix.

As I said before, locking doesn’t solve the problem. I have to change the way the application works with database. And it takes time, unfortunately.

I have a user with windows vista. I cannot find where tags.wft or where the registry file of taggedfrog is. Can someone give me this info please.
It should be in <system drive>\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LunarFrog\TaggedFrog\1.0\
