Yes, some ideas on this:
You could have the standard windows context items on files, i.e. Open, Edit, Send To..., Cut, Copy, Paste...
and then additional ones like Add tag(s)...; Remove Tag(s), the same functions as in the boxes in the bottom left corner. The people could also hide these boxes to tidy up the window (some people would probably just want to see the inside searching bit)

I agree 1 million percent. That origami frog is really classy and would make a great icon. I would be willing and honoured to make the icon for you (from that image).
