I've just had a chance to copy from C:\Program Files to C:\ - as you suggested - and I can now launch TaggedFrog. Now I'm off to explore it....

Topic: "Application can't open the library" (7 replies, posted in Support)
I've installed TaggedFrog on my Vista PC - but can go no further than a dialogue box with the above message.
