I offered formerly to have a possibility to divide all the tags into categories and to display a tag cloud for each category on its separate tab in the right panel. Alternatively a categories tree may be built (as usual files tree in explorer) in a tab in the left pane (in addition to a Library tab). In this case selecting a category in this tree will open its tags cloud in the right pane.
I think that such grouping of tags may be very useful.

Re: Tagged files identification in Explorer (4 replies, posted in Feature Requests)
There should be possibility to search for file names in the program also (not only for tags). Now it is very difficult to find a file if there are a lot of tagged files. Even there is no possibility to perform alphabetical sorting.

A Windows Explorer context menu integration is a very important stride. I think that now is very important to "learn" Explorer to identifify the files that have been already tagged.

Topic: Searching for files (0 replies, posted in Feature Requests)
One of the problems of the program - it is not impossible to know if the file has been already tagged. You have to look for this file in the list of files in the program and if there are many files already tagged it may be very difficult to find it if you do not remember its tags. Of course the best solution - to have this information accessible in the Explorer. Hope this will be implemented in future and meantime in my opinion it is desirable to have an option of looking for files not only by searching for its tags but also by searching for its name (as in explorer).

The program uses a lot of memory! Even when its window is not open the program's process uses about 35 MB of memory (according to the Windows Task Manager).

Thank you for the info.
You created a good program; you have all chances to make it perfect. Success to your efforts!

Topic: Some considerations (0 replies, posted in Feature Requests)
Some considerations how to improve the program:
1. I would not like to discuss the problem of Context Menu integration. As I understand this is already in the task list (it is very interesting to see this list!). I would like only to note that it is very desirable to have information which files are already tagged while working in Windows explorer.
Another option - to supply the program with its own explorer.
2. “Add new items” dialog should give possibility to choose tags from the list (for example, as this is realized in add tags to selected file window)
3. Method 4 of adding items (Select one or more tags from the cloud and drop an item into the items list…) is convenient, but the added item should be selected automatically after this procedure to ensure quick correction of its tags. Now it must be selected manually but first it must be found and this may take a long if there are a lot of items with selected tag.
4. After a short time period a number of tags may become considerable and this makes a search of a needed tag difficult. I think that it is desirable to have a possibility to divide all the tags into categories and to display a tag cloud for each category on its separate tab in the right panel. Alternatively a categories tree may be built (as usual files tree in explorer) in a tab in the left pane (in addition to a Library tab). In this case selecting a category in this tree will open its tags cloud in the right pane.
Thank you.
