relative paths

I plan to use tagged frog mostly from my usb to tag files in a single %drive%\doc\ folder. Id like a possibility to use taggedfrog with relative path or if that's not wanted, a possibility a possibility to manually set a root / drive in the config file.

I also would like to be able to override the default app for opening documents since I have programs for almost everything in the same drive, in portable mode.

a last wish would be a plugin for total commander (in portable mode). since I rarely use anything else, and uses it to launch my portable apps as well.
